Yale University , an Ivy League institution in New Haven, Connecticut, accepted 728 Early Action applicants to the Class of 2029. These were the first applicants to apply under Yales new test-flexible policy which requires at least one ACT, SAT, AP, or IB set of test scores. YALE ACCEPTANCE RATE: EARLY TRENDS Of the 6,729 early action applicants, 10.8% were admitted while 17% were deferred until the regular decision round, according to the Yale Daily News.
