A majority of prospective MBA students in a Manhattan Prep/Kaplan survey said they should be allowed to use AI to help them write admissions essays, with guidelines and restrictions. Only 18% of the more than 300 prospective MBA students surveyed said the use of AI should be unrestricted. Twenty percent said using generative AI in admissions essays should be outright banned.
