Minority Teachers of Illinois Scholarship Program This awards up to $5,000 to US Citizens or an eligible non-citizen or meets the criteria of undocumented student, must be a minority, have a high school degree or GED interested in higher education. They must also plan to major in a field of study in pursuing their college education.
