We are also in a moment of extreme transition as we emerge from the pandemic and struggle to understand its ripple effects. They also reasoned that they could reduce attrition by catching and helping students struggling with the difficult transition to college.

So this is where men from all over the town are coming together, having discussions, building friendships, building kind of, I would almost say informal mentorships. So I think mentorship is really important here. AS: A minority on campus. It's also a cross-generational space and kind of a cross social group space. JA: Awesome.

You will have other requirements to fill for your designated majors and minors. Incoming freshmen should already have well-established study skills, but the transition to college-level courses can still be challenging. A minor in courses with research require multiple semesters of research credits.

A few examples of transitional programs include: Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (ARCOM) - According to AACOM , “Students who earn B’s or better in the MSB program are guaranteed an interview to the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (ARCOM).”

We served the Raglai, an indigenous minority marginalized because of their different language, lack of education, and lingering discrimination. It’s an understandable concern, that they don’t want to be perceived as “whiny” or playing up an otherwise minor injury too dramatically. This past year, we had ten interns.
